All services rendered by CloudHolt are to be paid in advance. In the event payment is not received, CloudHolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.

You are responsible for any and all content that is hosted on your account under CloudHolt. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates the terms or is harmful to our servers or the integrity of our network.

5. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in activities that cause harm to CloudHolt’s network, operations, or reputation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, spamming, and hosting of illegal content.

All content provided on CloudHolt is the intellectual property of CloudHolt or its content creators. Reproduction, redistribution, or usage of any content without express permission is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudHolt, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses arising out of your use of the CloudHolt website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

8. Modifications

CloudHolt reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our website.
